Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of providing services. This obligation will survive termination of the service agreement.

8. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Our Privacy Policy provides detailed information about how we handle personal data.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. However, we do not warrant that:

  • Our services will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • All results will meet specific business outcomes
  • Third-party integrations will function perfectly

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set forth in the service agreement.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business opportunities.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the terms specified therein. Upon termination, you will pay for all services provided up to the termination date.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government actions.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to existing clients. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
